Instead of trying to solve the issue, I was repeatedly told to go somewhere else. I also needed to use the printing service, but the document was printed in the wrong size, and no effort was made to correct it or offer a solution. Customer service should be more respectful and supportive, especially when people are simply asking for help. I hope management addresses this situation.
